  • TickSale access is billed on a weekly recurring basis.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew every 7 days unless cancelled in advance.

  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method weekly via Stripe.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your TickSale subscription at any time before your next billing date.

  • Cancellations can be made through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [support email].

  • When cancelled, your access will remain active until the end of the current paid week.

  • No pro-rated refunds are given for mid-week cancellations.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, including time-sensitive alerts and call data:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Missed alerts or calls

    • User inactivity

    • Forgetting to cancel on time

Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered in the following cases, if requested within 7 days:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges

  • Technical issues (e.g., charged after proper cancellation)

To request an exception, email us at help@ticksale.com with your full name, email, and reason for the request.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting TickSale support first is a breach of our terms and may result in:

  • Immediate removal of access

  • Permanent ban from rejoining
