These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TickSale’s subscription-based group, including all features, content, and services provided via our platform (collectively, the “Service”).
By subscribing to or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use TickSale.
1. Eligibility
To use TickSale, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Not be barred from using such services under any applicable law.
2. Description of Service
TickSale provides weekly access to a private program focused on ticket reselling opportunities. Features may include:
Resale call alerts
Market analysis
Expert advice
Ticketing Tools
TickSale does not guarantee profits, sales, or financial outcomes. All content is for informational purposes only.
3. Subscription & Billing
Access is provided via a weekly subscription, billed automatically.
Billing is handled through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
You must provide a valid payment method and keep it up to date.
You authorize TickSale to charge your payment method weekly until you cancel.

4. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
TickSale reserves the right to terminate your access for violations of these Terms, including abuse, harassment, or misuse of information.
In the event of termination for cause, no refunds will be provided.
5. No Financial or Investment Advice
TickSale is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. Information shared in the group is not financial or legal advice and should not be treated as such.
You acknowledge that ticket reselling involves risk, and TickSale makes no guarantees of earnings, profits, or sales.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials provided through TickSale are the property of TickSale or its licensors.
You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or share any content outside the group.
Record or leak call alerts or proprietary data.
Sell or resell membership access or content.
Violations may result in removal and legal action.
7. User Conduct
By using TickSale, you agree:
Not to abuse, harass, or spam other members.
Not to use TickSale for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
To maintain confidentiality of group content.
Disruptive or unethical behavior will result in suspension or ban without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TickSale and its affiliates are not liable for:
Lost profits or missed opportunities
Errors or inaccuracies in content
Service interruptions or technical issues
